　　那么，問(wèn)題來(lái)了，如何“安利”螺螄粉的美味呢？

　　首先，螺螄粉英語(yǔ)藝名究竟是哪個(gè)？

　　介紹食物的主要食材、配料 side dishes 以及用到的調(diào)料 condiments。

　　Cooking

　　簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)下食物的烹飪方式和過(guò)程；常見的烹飪方式有：煮 boil、炸 fry、烤 grill、燉 stew、 烘焙 bake。

　　Taste

　　「口味」要重點(diǎn)描述，說(shuō)出食物的味道和自己的感受才會(huì)給人更真實(shí)的感覺(jué)，也可以順帶描述口感讓話語(yǔ)更豐富。

　　“flavor 可以用豐富 rich、濃郁 tangy，寡淡 bland，也可是酸甜苦辣的。

　　食物的口感 texture 常用詞有：

　　發(fā)硬的 tough、難嚼的 chewy、

　　柔軟 tender、多汁 juicy、

　　嘎嘣脆 crunchy、軟而稠 mushy、

　　彈牙 bouncy。

　　可褒義形容詞表達(dá)喜歡這個(gè)食物：

　　delicious、amazing、fantastic；

　　而不喜歡常用 ：

　　awful、terrible、disgusting 這三個(gè)詞。

Step 3對(duì)號(hào)入座
